Joke of a company job and finish but they will make your drops bigger day after day. Then there is the Saturday run where your van is almost at bursting point..no room for trolley so that will have to ride in the front. Piss poor management who only care about money..oh and while on the subject of money you will be expected to carry up to 2k maybe more depending on ya run with no van safe. Any missing then you pay. No correct ppe for driving round in a freezer van. And you can forget about going sick as they basically have a no sick policy..dont believe me then sign up

Pay is poor, early starts and 99% of the time your van is full of boxes. Even if you are not busy on your route they still make sure to give you something to do so they make you late and not finish early. If you lucky to finish early the manager doesn't like it, even though he tells you he don't mind you finishing early. Stuff is not treated equally, discrimination is on top level and of course they have their favourite drivers there, that gets better pay and looked after. Manager is racist so if you are a foreign or muslim, good luck to you. Manager hates foreigners and muslims, I am sorry to say but this is the truth. They load your van to maximum no matter if it exceeds the weight that vehicle can legally take. They load it so much that if they could they would put some on top of your van as well. Most of the times you have to put the trolley on your passenger seat because it won't fit at the back of the van and bear in mind that trolley will interrupt your view to left mirror and of course is big hazard in case of accident. If you do any kind of damage to the van even if someone hit your mirror or cause any kind of damage to the van and go you have to pay excess for it. You never aloud to call sick, trust me never aloud otherwise you get warning strait away, so make sure be healthy all the time, even though you may not have a choice but make sure don't get sick. And you will never get pay rise. So as you can see, best company in essex, probably in uk.
