The worst service I have ever received, I usually use the downstairs Eden for just a pedicure but no work on the toe nails, Im usually happy to pay full price for a pedicure without nails because I have a full 30 minute pedicure, on arrival I told the elder man what I wanted he informed me that it would be 30 for a 30 minute pedicure, he then asked me to pay up front, he then told the girl to do the pedicure, 9 minutes into the pedicure the girl was coming to an end on questioning her she says there was nothing else she could do, i have to say it was the worse pedicure Ive ever received and I do believe the poor young girl had no idea what she was doing, I complained to her then she questioned the guy who appeared to be in charge and he replied with you should know what your doing then said we all do them differently, the young girl then proceeded to massage each foot over and over again obviously to kill time! I told her to leave my feet and I left! My advice do not go to this joke of an establishment

Worst experience ever. If I could give no stars I would After waiting 45 minutes for infills my technician was on the phone to her mum arranging a party! When she finally sat down to do my nails she told me I was suppose to have gotten the powder from the cupboard... I was not aware that was my role? The quality of the nails were terrible. Bumpy and uneven with lots of powder left on the underside of the nail. I paid 5 extra for ombr infills and 5 extra on top of that for glitter. The end result was shocking. I went back after work to speak with the manager who could not care a less. The technician said Ill have to wait for 2 hours and must stay in the shop with no seats. I bought a glitter varnish and did a much better job myself. Go to Grays KT American nails instead. Much more professional and amazing quality. A lot cleaner too!
I have been a regular here for a year spending on average 80 a month. Yes its not the cleanest or cheapest of places and had my doubts about the Manager/Owner and even decided to overlook their rude notices about always paying up front. I kept going as the girls are nice and good a their jobs. No more. I had an appointment booked this morning for 11am and paid my deposit 4 weeks ago. As I entered no one acknowledged me and the Manager was spouting orders to everyone without making any eye contact. I had to ask a few times how long, how long......not once did she lift her head or acknowledge or anyone. When I specifically addressed her by her name and again asked 'how long;. Again with no eye contact she said "I would love it if you went shopping for an hour and come back". Obviously her time is far more important than mine. She does not care one bit about her customers or staff.....just how much money she can get in the till at the end of the day. I took myself over to Adorn next to Primark and had Shelac fingers, eye brown tint and upper lip wax for 42, in 40 minutes and spoken to with politeness and professionalism. Goodbye Eden....hello Adorn.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I rang beforehand and booked an appointment, only to get to the salon and be ignored for a good 10 mins until I had to ask one of the staff how late they were running, a woman said to come back in half an hour. I came back again after half an hour for them to still be too busy and not care at all, again ignored me until I asked how much longer. Very rude staff, the place looked dirty. I didnt even bother getting my nails done, I left.
