One star is too much!!!!Customer service at this dealer is shocking!!! Bought a new focus here in the beginning of january, and the engine light came on in 2 hours. The courtesy car offered was a tiny kia, which was far too small for me. When I bought the car, I part exchanged my old car, but they 'forgot' to pay the settlement figure for my old car, causing me to pay 2 payments for a car I no longer had, costing me 500. When I called to try and resolve this as I was now being affected by late payment fees and going overdrawn due to their negligence, they avoided answering the phone and returning my calls. I woukd avoid this dealership at all costs!!! Definately will not use this dealership again!!!!!
One star is too much! Worst service ever, never experienced anything like that before. Bought Kia Not I did not offer me even a glass of water. Did not offer service plan, did not even care that we are customers, never ever again will buy from them and Kia should do something as its bringing the name down and the service is 0.
Bought a Kia Sportage from here a few weeks ago. Lovely service and no pressure to buy. Would recommend :)
The sales team was extremely helpful and very parient. Shame the attention to detail didn't extend to the cleanliness of the toilet and the poor quality hot drinks machine made available.
Very helpful salesman can't remember his name. Honest!! Try to find another car salesman like him you would have your cut out.
