Great services and doctors.
The surgery is awful. The receptionists are unprofessional and rude ( especially the youngest girl) They Always lie that there are no appointments as the place is super busy, even tho there are 0 people in the premises. The nurses are irresponsible. My wife went to have a smear test done. Been told to undress without any privacy given. The staff was walking in and out the room without knocking when she was taking her clothes off. The nurse coudnt even be bothered to pull the curtain or put the towel roll on the examination table and my wife was told to do it by herself. She came out so stressed and upset. People are allowed to be 5 mins late otherwise they loose the appointment. But if you come on time you will have to wait for 15-30 mins to be seen after your app time. Would not recommend to anyone !
Always happy with the service, in addition, most of other surgeries don't have an option to come in the morning to be seen by the doctor. Would recommend.
The surgery has good doctors but the problem lies with the receptionists. They are so rude. They need to be trained on how to communication and customer service. How can you call a surgery and they dont answer the phone for over 15minutes. Complaints box is out of sight. Not happy with the service the youngest lady at the reception in particular has not manner of approach. Its supposed to be open most days 8am but call few minutes past 8am the answering machine will still be saying they are closed. What a way to run a public surgery. Am so gutted. They will even say if its an emergency go a and e but not all issues can be treated at the a and e and you will still end up being referred back to your Gp. And this is the service one gets. This needs to be looked into and also th yo supposed to have 3 receptionists but I have witnessed a coupe of times all the three of them were no where to be found and we had to wait for their majesty arrival.
Lovely GPs. Nurses are wonderful. Receptionists are kind and thoughtful.My family have been at this surgery for 16 years and have never ever had cause to complain. We are very lucky.
