Very busy but thankfully the apple staff were very helpful. Would give 5 stars but whenever I go into the store I can't wait to get out because it's so hot in there! I understand this is due to the hardware etc but please crank up the air conditioning!!
One of the best apple stores. The staff are attentive and usually are very knowledgeable. Rarely do I not find what Im looking for. I had to make a warranty claim on a battery which was dealt with efficiently and was replaced whilst I waited. I couldnt recommend this place enough
Me and my friends visited the store today. This is Christmas time ,so everyone knows the busiest time of the year. Waiting to pay for 15 min I went to ask a line manager where else can we pay ,as the line very long and only 1 person serving . He said ,that's the only person who can help me ,as all others are busy. I said I though you would be more prepared for Christmas with more people to serve ...and he said ..."You never seen a long line before ? " I'm really sorry but that was so unprofessional and unhelpful from Brad ,who post to be the Line Manager. Not going to visit that store again.
Took my phone to be fixed as the camera had a fault, the guy that served me was so helpful & professional I wish I could remember his name. He had the time to explain everything & nothing was to much trouble.Just an all round new person!
After a positive intro to the Apple Lakeside Business Team where I was really engaged the follow up and ability to advise was very disappointing. I really thought the Apple brand was better than the poor customer experience I have received especially as someone who has purchased products from the store for over 7 years now! The management wont even come on the phone or ring you back or even keep their promises.
