I have been here a few times and have to say it depends whose working on the day you visit. I went one time and the lady was very abrupt and rude, so I just left, I visited again in dec poss jan to look for extensions for my wedding in Feb, just to make my hair fuller, the lady was very helpful, the lady matched my hair exact to a colour they were just the wrong length so had to be ordered, I phoned back a week later, they hadnt even ordered it, so then said they ordered it that day, i phoned back again approx another week later mid week to be told, my extensions would be in on the Friday, I must of phoned back every week, being told the same thing that they will phone me when my extensions come in, well till this day they havent phoned me back, so when my wedding came I had no extensions!! So I would definitely not recommend this company.

I went there years ago I bought a 3/4 piece wig it wasnt real hair which I knew but was still about 100 which is a lot for synthetic hair that you cant style but I liked it I work in hairdressing so Im always trying new things but it wasnt the product it was the service they made me feel so uncomfortable buying in there and a few months later I went back to look round and they make your feel like they dont trust you they watch you and hover round you constantly but not because they want to help because when you ask them a question theyre so abrupt I wrote them an email directly saying I found there customer service terrible and never got a reply.
