Enjoyed the film during the morning performance. The theatre was nice and empty, no disturbing/noisy college students sitting in the back row ignoring the "no talking" instructions of the announcement. Great film.Will treat myself to the vip seat next time.
The staff are great, the film was great, unfortunately they were waiting for heating to be fixed - by now it should be fine. VIP seats are wide and softer, well worth the extra. Can't wait to see the next film, Pet Cemetary? Stephen King says it's scary. @tessadallyn
Overall very good, helpful staff. But tonight in Screen 5 (apparently all screens also) it was absolutely freezing. We mentioned it to the manager who kindly compensated us.
Everything you could want in a cinema, Easy to get tickets, easy to go to the screen, easy to watch the film, very simple no issues, Cinema rooms are always very clean considering how many people go there and throw food around, Good service by staff. Never any issues with the movie player either, always running fine.
Female staff member with blue dipped hair was awful - wont be using Vue again, extremely disappointed by lack of service received and her bad manners.On a side note, please be aware that there are considerable building works going on in the vicinity, which make it difficult to get to the venue. I would recommend leaving plenty of time to get there.
