Customer Service was appalling after they fitted my carpet the door does not shut as the carpet is thick. I called carpet right customer service to tell them my doors do not shut as the carpet is thick. i asked if they can do something about this spoke to a sales advisor who told me to get handyman to cut my door at the bottom. If they told me this in the beginning of buying a carpet from them I would have arranged all this. I spent 1600 for three rooms plus extra service charges and they forgot to tell me about the door???!!!! I would of paid for this too if they told me in the first place. AVOID AVOID AVOID
