Big old Asda, sells everything including George clothes and has a good little cafe that's open early. Parking is easy. It's often unpleasantly cold in this store though so bring a jacket especially if you're sitting down for a cup of tea and piece of cake as there's always a fresh breeze. Staff generally friendly but having to hunt for a bag whenever you use the self checkouts is a minor annoyance. Design-your-own-cake machine is pretty good to surprise your partner :-)

Shocking customer service. Give out false information over the phone, the bakery section on a saturday is run by complete idiots who like to waste people's time and the people in the cafe on a saturday afternoon talk to you like an idiot, travelled out of my way for the ASDA shop, in future I'll stick to the 2 other supermarkets closeby, did make a complaint but fell on deaf ears.
Im shocked at this Asda! They open there doors to the public earlier then most of the team arrive! You cant get served by anyone until 7am. When you want to do a weekly shop before its absolutely outrageous to do this on the self serve..... Then you try and go to customer services. Surprise surprise no one can help you until 8am . So people that shop before 7am dont get any customer service, as Asda can not be bothered to put anyone one. Maybe you should open at a later time, rather then let your customers leave angry and thinking they should shop and a different supermarket!
