By far one of the best gyms about! Has everything! Strongman, Olympic, bodybuilding, classes, bags, cafe, PT and even a barbers professionally spit a saw dust if that is such a thing. You go there, you're inspired to work hard not check to see if the edge of the mirrors are clean like other gyms.
Friendly welcoming gym, music always pumping, sun beds, showers and plenty of equipment to satisfy your gym requirements.
It's a great place for Gym with relaxing environment both for adults and children
All equipment required is covered, very friendly helpful staff, Good food source centre for before and after training .. excellent
Fantastic gym for all who love exercise. Lots of cardio machines, seriously heavy weights, Olympic lifting equipment, Olympic Rings, sprint/push track, kettle bells and hanging punch bags. Nice chilled atmosphere with a cafe for after. The music we that good I even turned my iPod off which has never happened before. Only down side is parking but its on an industrial estate so training out of work hours should see you right
