The equipment is good but the changing rooms are awful. Lots of lockers (106) 6 showers (with very little water pressure, don't get in one if someone else is using another kinda thing) and only 2 mirrors and hair dryers. It's constantly hot in there. But there is a sauna. And as I said, I like the equipment.
Great gym but there's no tap water
The gym is great value for money! In this day and age,who pays 9:99/month for gym!? If you are training savvy, sign up to a 24 hour gym aswell for maintenance but go here for progress and gains. All new 20 benches,weights up to 50kg, 2x sledges,8 heavy bags and legs machines & a dry sauna makes this gym a joy for me to train in.
Terrible service! They make you sign up and sell you on how good the gym facilities and service is. Once you have signed up out come the hidden charges. I was told to sign up yo the classes (14.99) as they do classes on weekends and evenings, silly me I signed up and 3 months down the line there are still no classes on weekends. I work Mon-Fri and get back too late for the evening classes. I asked to downgrade my membership and have been told there is a 20 fee to downgrade. I was not told this when the member of staff told me to sign up. Customer Service here is terrible all round, I regret leaving PureGym who are open and honest with their members. Now I'm stuck in contract for 6 months but once that's over I will be leaving.
Everything is new.Very well equipped gym.Can be busy in the evenings but never to the point that you have to wait for machines Staff are very helpful and polite.Kept very clean.Ive paid loads more at other gyms and got less for my money.Excellent access to the M25.I'm more than impressed.
