Lovely store very polite and extremely helpful staff,and lovely charms
The store is clean and I was served very quickly, the member of staff was willing to help and very informative, I would say there was about 8 members of staff In the store and no customers until I went it. It was a little daunting when they all look at you when you enter especially as the store is not huge!
Telephoned ahead and reserved ring - upon arrival the two ladies who were putting out stock left what they were doing and were very attentive to my needs. They were very helpful and professional.
It's a OK store but when i visited it first time, it was very busy and over crowded. Eventually within a few minutes of waiting around for someone to assist, we did get some help from a member of staff who happily took our order for us.
OMG AmazingLove the new bracelets!!!The staff are really helpful and funny. You really feel at home with the team here nothing is too much! The manager even asked on my way out how my experience was, great to see a store know how and what good customer service is. I cant wait to go back at Christmas.
