I shopped here on black Friday, the shop was so busy however the staff made be feel so welcome. Every member of staff asked if I was ok and do I need help. This was so amazing as I previously went in to other stores and was treated quite rudely. I always love going to this store, well done to your team in lakeside.

Didn't buy anything. But they seemed Well stocked in situated in a good location. Busy mall, lots of parking.

Was made to feel as if I stole an item when the alarm went off. I showed them I only bought shoes and that was it and had nothing else from there. 5 of them stood there, making me feel like I'm a theif when I am recovering from surgery and simply came out to shop with my mum! THEN the guy has the cheek to say 'Good luck with whatever you've stolen anyway'. ???? RUDE. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Use to come here often, not anymore!
