Made the mistake of coming here boxing day. Silly me! Poor staff rushed off their feet. Gave up and went back a bit later and was served straight away by a very pleasant helpful young lady.Much as I love skechers trainers at 62 I don't buy them very often. On boxing day however I got a second pair half price. Well Pleased.I normally find with skechers I can go down a size.
Great shoe shop, very helpful staff and willing to go that extra mile, even though we came in just before closing time. Products are comfortable and stylish.
Helpful smiley staff just felt the staff member who served me was put out cos we asked for shoe in the size we needed but other wise was happy
Now theres a place for what I think are the best soft shoes and trainers. Sporty ones as well as go walk relaxed fit. They just dont get better than that.
Sketchers, I feel, are losing the quality I've come to rely on after over 25 years. The shoes are not cheap to buy, but quality is on the decline. The store has a reasonable selection, but on a busy day, the staff cannot keep up. The offers make purchases somewhat more reasonable. Also, I think their target market has changed. When I was there, it was like god's waiting room, with the *average* age pushing 70.
