It was great before you pay the money.....when you pay money, they ask you to sign the acknowledgment for delivery time which is more then they displayed on line and in store, and explanations was you are buying other item that need longer delivery time, this is just standard term. I had reassured that my bed frame order will deliver within 28 days as photo attached. I place the order at 26/12, and made full payment at 29/12/2018. Now when time is nearly approaching 28days mark, I have made a call to store and they said this will deliver at March, more than 2 months, away over 28days as promised. If you really want to buy from them, bewared that they only ask your money. As now they said this is up to manufacturers, sigh...... what a great explanation. You need keep call them to find out. I need bed to move in my new flat, look like sleeping on mattress is only option....Do NOT make same mistakes!
We were about to leave the Lakeside store without finding something suitable when Martin Bailey took the time to understand our needs and showed us some clearance items that were perfect. We bought 10 dining chairs as a result! Great service!

We bought a dining table and chairs last weekend. Lovely experience, sales team not pushy at all, very helpful and answered all questions then left us to wander.Once we had decided, very efficient and friendly ordering...again no pushiness whatsoever.
