Disgrace of a company!!! cancelled my order and still have not refunded me my money like they promised over 1077.00 i never have dealt with such liars and scam artists. Would have done zero stars if it let me but had to write something as i do not want people to end up like me who is now down over 1000
Complete useless set up.promised to get sofas by xmas,just got them yesterday after loads of Whats App's.Paid deposit then they wouldnt give a deliver date until paid in full as They change T&Cs.Never use again.
You truly get what you pay for with sofa club. You see the nice styled photos on Instagram, maybe go and see their showroom in the nearest mall to you. Get roped in by their offer of great prices and guarantees - but as a customer who is 3 months in with their sofa - its not all that.Upon order, it came swiftly and within the agreed timeframe. The delivery guys set it up, no immediate or obvious problems - so fine. But 3 months in? The cushions dont hold their shape. There are obvious indents in the places we usually sit. And being 2 full time working adults with busy social lives - its not a lot. In addition to this, the sofa creaks when we sit on it or get off it - also not a great sign of quality. On top of this, the stitching on the cushions isnt great, there are a lot of loose threads.If youre looking for a quick cheap sofa youre never going to sit on because youre doing up a rental property - sofa club sofas are perfect.If you own your home and/or the furniture thats in it, then I definitely recommend paying that little bit more for something of a little quality. Something that will last you more than 2 years.
I was very reluctant to buy from Sofa Club after seeing some negative feedback .... So glad I went ahead and placed the order...I Received my 2 Windsor sofas today and couldn't be happier, they came before the 28 days I was advised. I called them twice (just following up) they were always so friendly and helpful, the 2 delivery drivers were also friendly and helpful. The sofas are so comfortable and great quality.. Thank you Sofa Club.
PLEASE DONT BUY ..I BROUGHT A SOFA .GOT TOLD 28 DAYS ..WAITED 2 MONTHS .THEN GOT TOLD THERE NOT SELLING THE SOFA NO MORE ..HAD TO BEG FOR MONEY ..I WAS LUCKY GOT MY MONEY BACK ..PLEASE BE CAREFUL
