We recently purchased dining room furniture we were served by Matt who we found very helpful without being pushy. We ordered the furniture on the Saturday and it was delivered on the following Wednesday by two very helpful polite and efficient delivery men. We would use this store again and the furniture is lovely and well priced.
Worst service ever.Those people arent even listening to me when I tried to solve our issue.They sent us complete different chair and refused to replace it.This is unacceptable.Shame on you NCF.

Great shop.We discovered this shop last weekend, returned this weekend and bought 2 sofas,Staff didn't harass us at all they allowed us to browse and then asked if we needed help, We narrowed it down to 4 sofas, how many times do you actually like 4 sofas in one shop! Plenty of choice great prices quick delivery arranged.This store also sells dining room,bedroom furniture,TV units, console tables sideboards and soft furnishings. So if your looking to buy anything give this shop a look Plenty of parking. I will be returning for sure.Keep up the great work.
I went to Lakeside and was really impressed by the sales people (usually I steer well clear of them). I liked the idea that they only have certain products, none of the fancy swatches and long wait for making. They buy in a certain quantity and it reflects in the price. I bought a fantastic bed and mattress. It was delivered within a week by two lovely guys who worked really hard in installing it and within 1/2 hour I had a beautiful bed at a great price. I spent a year researching until I found ncf Living! Well done long may you succeed.
